The bill on amendments to the Law “On Advertisement” (re highlighting obligatory information in advertisement) (Reg. No. 2459a) suggests establish that format, font, text size, speech rate, volume level, voice and other means of spreading references, footnotes, reservations, explanations and other obligatory information, determined by this law, should correspond to the format of the main part of advertisement.
The bill on amendments to the Law “On Advertisement” re limiting advertisement (Reg. No. 3347) suggests prohibit TV and radio advertising of any goods and services during the days of mourning and remembrance days, as well as during the days determined in article 73 of the Labour Code as holidays and non-work days.
Committee members expressed several observations to the both bills.
